In this tutorial, I’ll show you a super cute way you can wear your hair down.
Wearing your hair down can get boring after a while, so this trick makes that staple style look a bit more complex and interesting.

Tools and materials:
- Parting comb
- Hair clips
- Clear rubber bands
1. Part your hair
Start with a middle part.
Section your hair diagonally about an inch down from the hairline.
The section should end just before the back of your hair.
2. Tie off the section
Tie off the parted section with a clear rubber band.
3. Split the section
Part the tied section into two and clip away one part for now.
4. Braid one-half of the section ⅓ of the way down
Braid the section about a third of the way down.
5. Tie the section
Go a couple of inches down and tie the section again.
6. Push the hair tie up
Push the hair tie up to billow out the middle section.
7. Finish the braid
Braid your hair a few more inches down, leaving some of the hair unbraided for a tail.
Repeat steps 1-7 on the other side.
8. Combine the clipped halves and braid them
Pull the two unbraided halves to the back of your head and combine them.
Braid them down and leave hair unbraided for a tail.
