Gym Outfit Inspo

Whether you've made a resolution to hit the gym more this year, or you already workout as a part of your regular lifestyle, finding the perfect outfit always makes it more fun! Here are some examples of outfits that I've worn for workouts recently that are actually functional, but also stylish!

If you've followed me for a while, you'll know that matching sets are one of my favourite styles. In this example, I was getting ready to do an at home cardio workout using the Obe platform ( here's a link if you're interested in trying it out for free!) so I grabbed my yoga mat and this outfit to get started. I love the earthy green tone of this set. It is made of comfortable yet supportive material, and I love the high rise fit of the leggings with the matching cropped bra top. This brand makes really great athletic wear that really helps me feel confident while I exercise.

Next, I've been loving the twists on some classic pieces from Lululemon. I picked up this icy blue matching long line bra and leggings as well as this ribbed chocolate brown bra and leggings. Their leggings are super high quality and can double as wearable items for a casual look and as a super cute gym outfit. Of note, these styles of tops do not provide a ton of support. However, there are tons of styles in these colour ways that have different ranges of support.

How to Wash Lulus

This is me on my way to a yoga class in the brown set. The ribbed texture of the material makes it feel so luxe and high quality, and the material is one of the softest things I've ever felt. You need to try these! I paired my look with a matching hoodie since it is winter here in Vancouver.

This last matching set might surprise you because it's actually from Amazon! I would have never expected them to carry these high quality sets that would last through an intense workout, but I was proven wrong. This asymmetric top and matching biker shorts are so beautiful in lilac. The material is ribbed and thick, and I wore this set to a spin class to test it out. After my workout there were no visible sweat stains, the material was not see-through, and it was actually super comfortable. The details of the top make this set unique and extra fun to wear, which helped power me through an intense cardio workout!
