Are you always losing your hooded sweatshirt string cord either in the laundry or maybe you pulled it too hard and it came out?! I have a simple hack to help you fix this unfortunate incident from happening! Ready? Let’s do this!
Oh no! The string cord in your hooded sweatshirt came out! 😫. No worries! I have a simple hack for you! 😃
Take a safety pin and secure it to one end of the string cord. Just like this!
Now to start feeding the safety pinned cord through the opening of the hood rim. You can easily feel the safety pin and can push it up through the opening.
Keep up the good work, you’ll get there! 👍🏻
You did it! I am so proud of you for sticking with it!
Now gently pull the string cord the rest of the way out.
To keep the string cord from coming out again, you can put a simple knot close to the opening in both sides. Problem solved! I hope you enjoyed this style emergency hack! See you next time!

To prevent it from pulling out again, a more decorative way would be a Gordian knot or and Irish knot or some beads that are bigger than the hole it goes through.
