Whether you decide to make your own patches out of a different denim jacket, or buy some ready-made ones, adding some patches to the back or sleeves of your denim jacket can completely transform it into something totally new.
For this unique jacket, I cropped a plaid button-up shirt I had and added the material I cut off that shirt to the bottom of my crop denim jacket. The result was a cool 90’s-style plaid-bottom denim jacket that looks amazing with or without the matching crop top.
Use two different denim jackets, or even a denim jacket and a blazer like I did, to create a one-of-a-kind look. Cut each one in half and then just sew them together down the middle of the back, and you’re left with a very cool and different style.
This is one of my favorites. To make this jacket, just cut off the sleeves and reverse them before adding denim buttons. You’ll end up with a super unique denim jacket that you’re just not going to see everywhere when you’re walking down the street.
