Tools and Materials:
- Sock
- Scissors
With facemasks as a part of our everyday wardrobe, why not make them as comfortable as possible? I decided to make a facemask out of a sock and the best part is, there was no sewing involved. All I needed was a pair of scissors and I was well equipped to make a comfortable, no-sew facemask. If you want to learn how to DIY this simple face mask, this tutorial is for you! Follow this 3 step guide and learn how to make your own facemask from nothing but a sock and a pair of scissors.
The first step to this amazing no-sew facemask is cutting your sock just a bit further up from the toe.
Next, cut the top of the sock open to get a greater surface area for your mask.
Fold the sock and make a slit. Make sure you aren’t cutting the side with the heel. This slit will make your two ear holes in your easy to make facemask.
There you have it! A facemask in 3 simple steps. What other sock transformations have you done? Let me know in the comments below!
