Check Out These Four Different Ways to Style Your Sweaters

When the weather starts to get colder, most of us just want to throw on a cozy sweater. It can be so easy to fall into a routine of wearing the same sweater and pants combination every day. In this tutorial, I’ll take you through two different looks for two different sweaters, a total of four looks, to give you an idea of how you can style your own sweaters.

Knit sweater with pleated skirt

This cream knit sweater with a cut-out in the neckline is so fun and chic. I like to pair it with a maxi pleated skirt in black. Since it’s fall, I went for ankle booties that are croc-embossed and just so cute. To finish off the look, I grabbed a nude tote in the same color palette.

Knit sweater and trouser pants

The next way to style the same sweater is with this pair of trouser pants. They’re comfortable and fitted, and when paired with the sweater give a comfortable and casual look. Tucking the sweater in slightly in the front and cuffing the pants gives a bit more elegance to the style of this outfit. Classic black flats and a baguette-style bag with a color block really tie this look together.

Sweater with jeans

Another sweater I love to wear is this bright red distressed one. It’s an excellent sweater for fall because it’s on the lighter end. I like to pair it with some denim jeans and over-the-knee boots that go over the pants. Completing the look are a cross-body bag in black with gold details, and a moto jacket.

Sweater with croc-embossed pants

This sweater goes really well with this black pair of croc-embossed pants, as well. I like to wear this outfit with my favorite comfortable flats and a white over-the-shoulder purse. The outfit is casual, but I love the statement given off by the bright color of the sweater and the pattern on the pants.
