Got nothing in your closet to wear? Why not check out your spouse's! What's mine is mine and what's yours is mine, am I right? Here are three cute ways to wear a men's button down.

LOOK # 1: I know this blog post is all about the shirt but I just got these all star sneakers for the holidays and needs to take them for a spin! I love the casual look of my husband's white dress shirt, jeans and sneakers. I tucked it in on one side leaved the bottom buttons undone.

I also rolled up the sleeves. This makes the shirt look less bulky since after all it is a men's large and I wear a women's medium.

LOOK # 2: Same jeans but different shoes (another holiday gift! I love shoes). This time I went with a button down with a checkered pattern and put it on backwards. Again I rolled up the sleeves. The color gives this look SO much dimension!

I buttoned the middle two buttons on the shirt and tied the ends leaving the top buttons undone for a low back.

LOOK # 3: This last look, was a dress. I am only 5'1 and a quarter (that quarter counts when you are short!) so I realize this might not work for a taller person unless they don't mind their butt cheeks hanging out. But that can be easily fixed with a white slip dress underneath or biker shorts incase you need to bend over!

For me, my husband's dress shirt works as... well a dress shirt icon

Synch it at the waist with a thin belt and pair with thigh high boots (the same boots I wear every other day if you have been following me for some time I'm sure they look familiar!)

I wear my husband's shirts ALL the time! Partial to his pullover sweaters. Love these looks, especially #3!
