Cut out the pattern

Grab your dress that you'll be using as a guide. Place it on your folded fabric. Fold it in half, right sides touching and start cutting from the outline from the fold's opposite side. Add a ¼ inch seam allowance.

This is the last step! Let's make the choker neck. Simply measure the neckline of your dress and multiply by 2. Also, add a bit of seam allowance. Cut it out, fold the fabric right sides facing, pin, and sew.

Sew the short ends to form a circle. Then, attach it to the neck part of your dress. I let it reach just over the shoulders. Make sure the right sides are touching when doing this step. Next, sew it in place.
