Off the Shoulder Red Dress
It’s August and summer seems to be heating up! If you’re not running around doing some back to school shopping, you’re probably squeezing in some last minute summer activities. Because I live in Florida and am no longer in school, I’m not cramming any last minute things into summer. I am however getting ready to celebrate the remainder of summer through September! And what better dress to get me fired up for the end of summer than this off the shoulder red dress? I think, none.
Off the Shoulder Red Dress
I fell in love with this dress for so many reasons. First off, the tulip riffle details. They add such an adorable feminine touch. The ruffles & vibrant red remind me of salsa dancing and summer! Then, the tie belt that creates the perfect bow. Seriously, there’s no better feeling in the world than tying the perfect bow. Finally, the off the shoulder that leads into the perfect flared sleeve. Uh! Don’t get me started. I am seriously in love with this off the shoulder red dress.
The Perfect Pair
I’ve had this outfit planned in my head for literally months, but it’s not exactly an “every occasion” type dress. Meaning, I don’t think the off the shoulder thing would fly in my work place. You know, work places try to be “conservative” and “plain” and blah blah blah. I finally got to wear it on the weekend and am all about it. These precious gingham flip flops with bows, the cork clutch. I can’t get over how summer it all is. Both the shoes & the bag are TJ Maxx finds. Then the earrings. Off shoulder is the perfect opportunity to break out those craziest statement earrings! Because of all the components that went into this outfit, I went for earrings that were simple, yet fun. These blinged out pineapple earrings were just what the doctor ordered.
