Loving Lately: Matching PJ Sets

Quarantine made matching lounge sets famous (thank goodness). But, we can’t forget the OG matching set -- pajamas! I feel like there are two types of girls: Ones who wear cute PJ sets and ones who wear an old t-shirt and shorts. I for sure am the latter but as I get older, I find myself gravitating toward cozy sets, especially when I travel. There’s something about them that just feels luxurious! I’m rounding up a few of my current favorites below.

My go-to set for a vacation or girls weekend trip. Can you tell why? It’s silky but cozy. The leopard pattern is swoon-worthy. And a silk set screams “I’m on vacation and plan to sleep in” like nothing else. Now don’t get me wrong, I wear this at home, too. But it’s definitely the first thing to go in my suitcase for a trip.

I mentioned this set in this post. It’s a purchase from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale last year, and I bought another this year. I always reach for this when I am having a movie night at home, because it feels like a sweatsuit yet it’s lightweight. A great summer option that will still keep you warm in the winter if you throw a cardigan or robe over it.

What’s great about this set is you can totally wear the top out of the house with joggers or jeans even. This is a standard cotton set, so nothing crazy soft, but the print steals the show here. I get a ton of wear out of this in the summer months.

Are you a fan of PJ sets or do you stick with your tried-and-true t-shirt?
