How To Make a Shell Hair Clip:
Materials:
1 - Large Hair Clip - 4 Inches in length
3 - Shells
Spool of Twine
Scissor
The Clip...This one is 4 inches long...Great for Medium to Long Thick Hair...It has Fabulous Holding Power...
Step 1: Wrap a length of Twine around the Inner Spring of the Clip...the twine should be placed on one side of the spring mechanism.
Tie a Knot to Secure.
Step 2: Take the Twine and Wrap it Around the Opening of Shell #1.
Tie and Knot the Twine to Secure the Shell.
Step 3: Take the Dangling end of the Twine and Loop it into the Hole of Shell
Twist the Twine around the Shell to Secure...Don't Cut the Twine...
Step 4: Loop the Twine into the hole of Shell
Wrap the Twine around Shell #3 and Tie a Knot to Secure...
The Shells will Now Be in One Line, Dangling Down one Side of the Clip.
The Shells will not get in the way of the Spring Mechanism...
Ready to Create Some Beach Waves...
