This Hack Turns Any Scarf Into a Headband That WON'T Slide
In this scarf hack tutorial, I’m going to show you how to turn any scarf into a headband that won’t slide off your head.
I have the perfect technique for you if you want to wear a silk scarf as a headband and want it to be nice and secure.
Tools and materials:
- Silk scarf
- Headband
1. Fold scarf
Fold your scarf in half to form a triangle, and then fold it up to make a band.
2. Tie a knot
Next, tie a knot in the middle of the scarf. Keep the knot loose, though, as we are going to slide a headband through it.
3. Slide headband through
Now slide your headband through the hole.
4. Wrap scarf around headband
Wrap the scarf around the headband on one side of it until you reach the bottom.
You want to wrap it fairly tightly so that the scarf doesn’t unwind.
5. Wrap the other side
Proceed to wrap the scarf around the other side of the headband.
6. Tie the ends
Place the headband on your head and tie the ends at the back.

Here is the finished look! The headband is hidden by the scarf and you have a beautiful wrapped scarf look.
The scarf looks uniform and it will stay securely on your head without falling off. Give this a go and let me know what you think.
