How to Style an Oversized Green Button Down
Spring is around the corner and we are seeing all of the bright and pastel colors. My favorite color is kelly green and I found this beautiful green oversize button down shirt from Target. I absolutely love this color and I know I will be wearing it all spring and summer long.
The most classic way to pair an oversize shirt is with jeans. I opted for a wide leg, distressed jean and paired it with these colorful, metallic heel sandals. The metallic gave the whole look and more dressier vibe.
Speaking of color, I paired it here with pink trousers as Pink is a complementary color to green. This color combo is perfect for the spring and summer time.
When styling a bright color you can always choose to do a neutral base. Here I did a black top and bottom as my base and added the top as an over shirt. Added heels to elongate me.
Changed the base color to white here and did shorts since it’s a lighter color.
Lastly I styled it as a dress, but since it is a bit short I paired it with shorts and tall boots. Also, bought in more black with the faux leather jacket.
