Great Length Shorts Alert!!🚨
Shorts season is not always everyone’s favorite. We all like warmer weather but we don’t always especially like the hunt for a great pair of shorts, especially in our middle age. Finding an appropriate length that is still trendy and cute can be difficult. I was able to snag a pair a few months back when I was at Old Navy and I just wore them for the first time recently. I was so pleased with the result I think I will be going back to get them in the regular denim color now.
I grabbed this distressed black denim pair that has a side slit in each side. The length passes the bend test and they are still super adorable! They are comfortable and the rise is great as well. Definitely true to size, I know sometimes Old Navy denim can have a wonky pair but I wore my normal size 2 in these.

You can see some distressing on the side without being gaping holes.
The little slide slits are a great detail and as you can see the length is not showing booty.
I paired with a basic cutoff tee and some platform tennies. These shorts will definitely get some mileage this summer.
