4 Super Sleek Ways to Wear a Leather Skirt in Winter

1. Blazer and leather skirt look

So here is my first idea of how you can wear a leather skirt in winter. This first leather skirt is a black midi skirt.

I really love this skirt because it definitely has a lot of detail to it, like the cute gold button details in the front.  

For the look, I'm going to be adding a pair of hosiery and, for the top, I'm adding a plain white top that is sleeveless and leaves plenty of space for layering over it, which is exactly what I'm going to do.

So, I’m adding a checkered print blazer which gives a nice little pop of print to this look.

For the footwear option, I'm pairing this look with some over-the-knee boots. And, to accessorize, I’m adding a big black tote.

2. Leather skirt and statement coat

Now the next way on how you can style a leather skirt for winter, I'm taking the same skirt and adding a white button-down blouse that has a nice bow tie.

I’m also going to be adding a pair of hosiery to this look. And, for these shoes, I'm opting for a pair of black ankle booties.

For the outerwear option, I wanted to add a nice bright bold pop of color and I'm definitely doing that with this bright fuchsia color peacoat. 

Lastly, to accessorize, I’m just adding a little quilted bag in black that has some gold details to it.

3. Leather skirt and plaid shacket 

Onto my next leather skirt outfit idea. This skirt here is a bit more casual but you can actually go either way with this skirt. You can dress it up or you can dress it down because it's super simple compared to the first two skirts. 

I'm going to be dressing it down a bit. So, I'm styling it here with a classic knit sweater in a lovely light pink color. 

For the footwear, I'm going to be adding a pair of white over-the-knee boots. I definitely feel like the white boots just automatically stand out and give a nice wintery vibe. 

For the outerwear option, I'm adding a plaid shacket, which is just a cross between a shirt and a jacket.

Then, lastly to finish off the look, I’m just adding a small little handbag in black.

4. Pink grunge leather skirt look

Now for my final leather skirt outfit idea, I’m taking that same style skirt and styling it with a pink button-down top with an oversized faux leather jacket over the top.

I'm going to go ahead and button the leather jacket all the way and just leave it loose. 

For the shoe option, I'm opting for a pair of black combat boots. Then, lastly, I’m just adding a black bag.
