Hi everyone! Today, I’m going to show you a fun way to upcycle a plain blazer into something cute and girly. Let’s get started.

Tools and materials:

  • Fabric scraps
  • Scissors
  • Sewing machine (or needle and thread)
  • Safety pins
  • Plain blazer
Sewing fabric scraps

1. Sew fabric scraps

I took some long, thin fabric scraps and sewed along the edges to prevent them from fraying.

2. Tie bows

I then cut and tied the scraps into small, delicate bows.

3. Attach to blazer

I then used safety pins to attach the bows onto my plain blazer at random.

This is the fun part! Feel free to add as few or as many as you’d like. You can play about with the placement of your bows until you’re happy with the way the blazer looks.
