Contour Hack for Getting Rid of Your Double Chin
In this contour hack makeup tutorial, I’m going to show you my favorite way to do a jaw contour.
If you want your jaw to look more chiseled and defined, while also hiding any double chin you may have, give this technique a try!
Tools and materials:
- Contour stick
- Makeup brush
1. Draw contour on jaw
Place contour on the part of your face where you want your jaw to end.
I stop before I get to my chin because I like my chin to look more pointed down and my jaw to look higher up.
2. Make the sides higher
Bring the contour up higher at the sides.
3. Blend out
Then pull the contour downwards with a makeup brush, so it looks like it’s creating a natural shadow underneath your jaw.

Here is the finished look. My jawline looks beautifully chiseled and defined. The contour is subtle enough that you won’t notice it, yet it really makes a difference to the shape of my jaw.
