How to Make an Effective Dark Knees Remedy With Natural Ingredients

Today. I will be showing you how to get rid of dark pigmentation on your knees in just three days. I have been struggling with dark pigmentation all my life and this natural dark knees remedy is the only one that works for me.
Disclaimer: When applied to the skin, turmeric can sometimes cause temporary staining, so please proceed with caution! You may wish to use slightly less turmeric than the recipe recommends.
Tools and materials:
- Baking soda
- Turmeric
- Honey
- Yogurt or milk
- Lemon
- Bowl
- Tablespoon
- Old makeup brush or spoon
*Disclaimer: Make sure to do a patch test of the remedy first to make sure your skin isn’t sensitive to the ingredients.
1. Baking soda
Add a third of a shot glass of baking soda to a bowl.
Baking soda acts as a natural exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and brighten the skin.
2. Turmeric
Add a tablespoon of turmeric and mix.
I love turmeric! Turmeric is great for the skin. It helps fight eczema, redness, pigmentation, and gives your skin a natural glow.
3. Honey
Add one tablespoon of honey.
Honey helps balance your skin's bacteria and also helps reveal new skin cells.
4. Yogurt (or milk if you prefer)
Add one tablespoon of Greek yogurt or a quarter cup of milk if you are using milk.
5. Lemon
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix until it is a smooth paste
It is going to fizzle a little because of the acid in the lemon.
Lemons work as a natural lightening agent. They contain vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that helps even out pigmentation and lightens the skin.
6. Apply the remedy
Once you have finished making the remedy, you are going to use an old makeup brush to apply the mixture to your knees.
Apply a heavy coat and let it dry for twenty minutes.
I do not recommend using your fingers to apply this because the turmeric will stain your fingers and will be hard to wash off. So use an old makeup brush or the back of a spoon.
