Smelly shoes... we all have them in our house, and you can make odor eaters with baking soda that you probably already have in your home. You can see more of my crazy creations here

To start this project you'll need baking soda (I keep mine in the mason jar so it's ready to use and sealed air tight), coffee filters (doesn't matter if they're cone or basket-shaped), and rubber bands.

Start by placing 1 tablespoon of baking soda into a coffee filter.

Pinch the coffee filter closed, and twist it if you like. Wind a rubber band around the top to keep the coffee filter closed and hold the baking soda inside.

Make several of these as you'll need to make one per shoe.

Place the baking soda pouch into the shoe, and leave it there whenever your shoes are not in use. Make sure to replace the pouches at least once a month. Baking soda is a natural odor eater.
