So the summer months can disrupt our sleep, "we all need our beauty sleep, its proven!.

I'm using essential oil in this project

Making a pillow mist that helps you unwind and drift of into a deep sleep.


I bought the below essential oil's from Amazon and have worked out to be one of my fave brands.


You will need

essential oils

isopropyl alcohol

distilled water

spray bottle

Choosing lavender


It as meny benefits for sleep and calming the mind body and soul.


Let's start..

  • Fill the spray bottle with a (small) cup full of distilled water 'I'm using a small spay bottle. If using a bigger bottle use a large cup.
  • 1/4 cup of isopropyl alcohol
  • optional Add 10/20 drops of lavender essential oil

It should be smelling lovley

  • Mix well. Give it a good shake.

ALL DONE.

Spray on your bed linen,


Especially pillows,


To encourage a calm tranquility restful night sleep

And that's how easy it is to make your own lavender sleep pillow mist.

For a relaxing sleep it is proven that lavender is a gentle way to fall to sleep,

*You can add 2

drops to your temples before sleep. (Which would help with sleep)

As well as making the sleep mist

You will be asleep in no time.

If you have freash lavender sit it near your bed, the fragrance is some what stronger at night.


Please note when using essential oils some are dangerous. To pets and children so please be sure.
