I was an all breed dog groomer in Texas for 15yrs and I saw plenty of my Share of ranch and farm working dogs come in with mange. 1stly it will be extremely beneficial for your dog to be only eating dog food that IS ABSOLUTELY "GRAIN FREE" DOG FOOD AND NO GRAIN FILLERS IN THEIR DOG FOOD. IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY HIP TO THE BENEFITS OF 'GRAIN FREE" DOG FOOD AND MORE NATURAL DOG FOODS LIKE BLUE BUFFALO, FOR A HEALTHIER SKIN AND COAT OF YOUR DOG, THEN YOU SHOULD BE AND IF YOU WANT TO SEE AND GIVE THEM THE IMMEDIATE RELIEF AND BENEFITS OF USING WHAT I HAVE FOUND TO BE THE VERY BEST AND MY NUMBER ONE PICK TO HEAL FROM THE INSIDE OUT WHICH IS WAY MORE PRODUCTIVE TO HEAL YOUR DOGS SKIN AND ALL THAT ITCHING OF THOSE HOT SPOTS IS A PRODUCT SOLD AT PETSMART NEAR THEIR BANFIELD VET CLINIC IN THE STORE AND ONLINE OF COURSE AND IT IS A POWDER SUPPLEMENT A THAT YOU WILL ADD DIRECTLY INTO THERE FOOD CALLED "MISSING LINK" ITS IN A SMALL SHINNY GOLD BAG AND I HAVE SEEN THIS STUFF WORK MIRICLES. ALSO APPLE CIDER VINIGER AND WATER IN A SPRAY BOTTLE ON A 50/50 RATIO WILL RELIEVE THE HEAT AND THE ITCH. AND YOU CAN ALSO ADD TWO TABLESPOONS MIXED INTO THEIR FOOD OF APPLE CIDER VINIGER DIRECTLY. IT ALSO PROMOTES A HEALTHY GUT FOR THEM AND US! AND YOU CAN EVEN SPRAY SOME ON YOUR FEET AND THEIRS TO RELIEVE ATHLETES FOOT OR ITCHIE STINKY FEET! Hope this helps
