Do THIS Once a Week for Softer, Shinier Hair

The monsoon weather has more weather which can lead to alot of hair related issues. This is a monsoon hair care routine you can repeat monthly. This routine helps with dandruff, hair fall and other problems like frizzy hair.

First gather some neem leaves.

Neem leaves help reduce hair fall and strengthen hair follicles.



You will also need 4 or 5 large bay leaves. These help reduce dandruff and scalp inflammation. Bay leaves also treat fungal infection.

Grab about 8 to 10 cloves. These help promote hair growth.

Boil all of the ingredients together for about 15 minutes

Strain everything and keep the water

TIP: if you have alot leftover you can store it in the fridge



Start applying the mix on your scalp and the tips of your hair. Make sure to really soak your hair.

After you let it sit for 20 minutes go ahead and wash your hair.

You’ll notice your hair looks much more healthy and shiny.
