Easy Half-up Hairstyle That Looks Beautiful With Long Hair
Hey guys! I’m so excited to share this easy hair half-up half-down hairstyle with you.
I love a good half-up hairdo because it keeps your hair out of your face but still shows off your luxurious locks.
This hairdo looks complicated, but it is super simple to create.
Tools and materials:
- Comb
- Hair ties
1. Create small twists
Start with your hair down and brushed in a middle part. Use a comb or your fingers to start the first section of hair.
Start from the middle part and take a 0.5 to 1 inch wide section of hair going from your face towards the crown of your head.
Tie it with a hair elastic.
Split the tied part of your hair and pull the ends through to create a twist.
Repeat this step along the rest of your hair, gathering, tying, and twisting each section along the crown of your head.
Create 4 sections along the front and top of your head.
2. Gather the sections
Take all the ends of the tied hair and gather them together. Tie an elastic around the gathered hair.
3. One final twist
Just like you did with each section, split the gathered hair and pull the tied hair through the ponytail to create one big twist.
