Easy Summer Pigtails but BETTER
Here’s an easy twist (pun intended!) on classic pigtails, that just takes it up a notch!
Follow along, and I’ll show you how to create this easy pigtail hairstyle.

Tools and materials:
- Hair elastics
- Hair comb
1. Make faux braids
Start by separating your hair into two sections with a part down the back of your head.
Now, take two sections of hair from the front of your head on one side.
Simply twist those two sections around each other.
Stop twisting when you get to about the middle of your neck, and tie off that faux braid with a hair elastic.
2. Create your ponytails
Open up the hole above the lowest twist in your faux braid.
Take the rest of your hair from that side of your head, and pull it through the whole, from back to front.
Use your fingers to loosen up your braid above your ponytail.
Repeat on the other side of your head, leaving the tail of both pigtails loose.
