Holiday Style Inspiration- Comfortable Thanksgiving Outfits

As we head full swing into the holiday season, let’s talk holiday dressing. From comfy outfits for thanksgiving to dressy glitz and glam for New Year’s Eve, I am going to start you off with some casual outfit options you can wear to your Thanksgiving meal. I love wearing a sweater dress or a sweater and a pair of leggings for turkey day so you can feast away and not worry about your waistband getting too tight. As a girl who loves Thanksgiving for the food, I know what I am talking about here.

There is something about tan neutral sweaters that goes perfectly with Thanksgiving. Easily dress them up or down and pair with either black or brown shoes. With such a classic color a neutral sweater can be worn so many ways and here are some of my favorites right now.

This waffle knit cardigan is nice and light and looks great with a pair of jeans or leggings.

I love the fabric covered buttons on this sweater and the color is the perfect creamy tan.

This cowl neck sweater is only $17, soft and pairs perfectly with these brown faux leather leggings.

This sweater is one of my all-time favorite amazing finds! It’s super soft, long enough to wear with leggings and is available in 30+ colors.

This is one of my favorite sweater finds this season. Soft, a beautiful tan and it can be worn on or off the shoulder. I sized up to a large for a more oversized fit.

This gorgeous plaid sweater is beyond soft, gives me Burberry vibes and is long enough to wear with leggings. I love it paired with black pants and some faux fur mules. My tip for faux fur mules is to size up so that the fur peaks out on the back a bit.

This sweater is the perfect winter white and is perfect for the holidays, I love it with this gorgeous coat thrown over it.

As I mentioned above, a sweater dress is a super cute and comfortable option for your holiday. No waistbands to worry about and also nice and warm if it is cooler where you are.

I love olive green for fall, and it is also a great color for thanksgiving and a little more subtle than your bright green for Christmas. Love the collar on this dress. Such a fun little detail.

This brown sweater dress is so comfy, it runs a little bit oversized which I love and is perfect for being comfortable during your holiday.

I recently wore this dress to a family event and threw the world’s most comfortable coatigan on over it. While the coatigan is on the pricier side than what I typically post, it is heavenly soft, nice and warm and will last you a long time. The quality is exceptional.

These plaid dresses give me all the holiday vibes and are perfect for the holiday season. I love the subtle ruffle detail on the front of the dark plaid, bonus it has pockets. The cream color dress is so fun and has the most beautiful sleeves.
