Turn 32ยข Felt Into THIS! ๐
Turn 32-cent felt fabric into this adorable sunglasses case. Nothing says summer quite like watermelon. This is the perfect DIY to store your most important summer accessories.
Tools and materials:
- Green, white, red, and black felt
- Scissors
- Small plate/trivet
- Hot glue gun
1. Felt
Buy 4 pieces of felt in red, white, green, and black.
Use something circular to help you trace a circle on the green felt. A trivet or small plate should do the trick.
2. Circles
Cut the white felt into a circle slightly smaller than the green one. Then cut the red felt in a circle slightly smaller than the white one.
3. Glue
Use a hot glue gun to glue the white circle in the center of the green one. Then glue the red circle in the center of the white one.
4. Pits
Fold the black felt in half and cut out pit-shaped pieces from the fold.
Then use the hot glue gun to glue the pits to the red felt.
5. Close
Fold the entire thing in half with the green side facing inward. Use your hot glue gun to glue the edges closed. Leave a small opening on one end, just large enough to slide your sunglasses in and out.
