Home Remedy to Make Nails Grow Faster & Stronger in Just 1 Week

Tools and materials:

• Cuticle remover
• Oil
• Nail polish brush
• Clear nail polish or base coat

1. Apply oil to nail cuticles

If your cuticles are visible, start by pushing them back with a cuticle remover. Now, with a clean nail polish brush, apply oil to your bare nails. You can use any kind of oil: olive, coconut, avocado – whatever you have.

If you don’t have any oil, you can also use baby oil or hand cream. The point is to moisturize your cuticle area. Apply the oil over the cuticle area and then rub it into your whole nail to stop your nails from peeling.

Repeat the oil application at least three times a day for one week. Yes, three times a day! Honestly, if you apply it fewer than three times daily, it's not going to work as well or as fast. You will see the difference.

2. Apply a coat of clear nail polish

Apply a coat of clear nail polish or a base coat to your nails. If your nails are not too short, and you have a nail tip extending beyond the end of your finger, then also seal the nail tip by applying the basecoat to the end of the nails.

Don’t forget to keep applying your oil. Repeat the base coat application every day or two for one week.

3. Ready for color

After one week you should be seeing great results!

You can repeat this one-week cycle as many times as you want until you are satisfied with the length of your nails and you're ready to add colored nail polish on top of your base coat!
