Homemade Oil for Hair Fall and Growth

This homemade oil for hair fall and growth is chock full of ingredients that nurture the hair and scalp, promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. Fenugreek is the star of the show here. This oil takes a bit longer to make, since the fenugreek needs time to infuse, but I promise it’s worth the wait! Use this oil for daily scalp massages and you’ll see results.

What you need

Fenugreek seeds

Olive oil

Castor oil

• Stimulates hair growth

• Combats hair loss and reduces dandruff

Basil essential oil

• Speeds up hair growth
• Massaging into scalp improves scalp circulation and stimulates hair follicles
• Reduces excessive hair fall

Rosemary essential oil

• Discourages hair loss
• Nourishes the scalp and promotes hair growth
• Increases hair thickness

Glass dropper bottle

• Has dropper for easy application
• Dark glass helps its contents to retain their respective effective properties

How to make

1. Use a food processor, blender or coffee grinder to grind Fenugreek seeds into a fine powder
2. Add ground Fenugreek seeds to an air-tight container, and add 2 tbsp of Olive oil
3. Stir to combine
4. Add lid and place air-tight container in a cool, dark place
5. Allow the Fenugreek seeds to infuse the Olive oil for at least 1 week
6. After 1 week, use a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag to strain the infused oil into the glass dropper bottle
7. Next, add 1 tsp of Castor oil
8. Followed by 5 drops each of Basil and Rosemary essential oils
9. Close it up and shake to combine
10. All done!
