How to Create a Lovely Unique Pair of Earrings Using Charms and Beads
I like to create unique pieces and these metallic charms are a good way to make your own one of a kind piece. Easily available in many different styles and sizes online so the designs are endless. I take a look at what I already have in stock to fit with this evil eye charm and what colours best go with it etc.
I rummage around and decide on a dark blue pre drilled bead which is nice and slim and lightweight. This makes it perfect for earrings so they are comfy to wear.
The round nosed pliers help make light work of it. Jump rings easily twist open to fit through the charm.
Next it is time to thread the Tagua nut bead into the ring and secure firmly so they dangle and stay together.
Last part is attaching the sterling silver earring hook. Preferable to use sterling silver to prevent ear irritation. The round nosed pliers easily open the hooks to allow jump ring on. Then pinch closed again to secure well.
Now they are ready to wear love gift! Totally unique.
