I shared this tip many years ago on Instagram stories and it was a big hit.

Two little products combined together can treat and heal a blemish overnight based on science!

We share a lot of great tips like this on Instagram and Instagram stories, so feel free to follow us there and check out our highlight tab for videos like this.

What you need to heal a blemish overnight:

  • Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (I buy it on Amazon)
  • Tea Tree Oil (I like Now Brand or Plant Therapy)
  • Q-Tip

How to apply to a blemish for healing:

  1. First, make sure to cleanse your face well with a gentle cleanser.
  2. Make sure your face is dry, then with a q-tip gentle pat on the Niacinamide serum.
  3. After it dries, gently dab on the tea tree oil (dilute if you'd like with some water) with a q-tip.
  4. You can apply the rest of your nightly skincare routine AROUND the blemish, make sure not to put any other product over this solution though.

This is the niacinamide I use, you can search on Amazon or anywhere and look for the active ingredient "niacinamide").

When will you see results?

My blemish is gone the next morning. If you have acne or something hormonal, it will certainly be almost gone the next day, but might need another nightly treatment. For simple little zits or blemishes, this formula has worked for me EVERY TIME! I made my husband try it out a few months ago when he had a blemish on this nose. He didn’t believe me, but it was gone the next morning for him too!

I keep these products on hand for all blemishes that pop up! Now you can know the secret too! Don't forget to visit the blog post for some cool science behind how this works together!!
