Learn how to make an easy massage oil recipe. This is a very simple recipe that only has two ingredients. I used a relaxing blend of essential oils, so it's a great oil to use before bed.

This massage oil recipe only has two ingredients: the carrier oil and the essential oils. You don't need a preservative or emulsifier, so it's very easy to make.

There are several different carrier oils that you can use. You can learn about the benefits of carrier oils for the popular oils or read about more than 40 oils in my book Carrier Oils. You will need:


Fill the 1 ounce bottle with 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) of fractionated coconut oil.

Add the essential oils. Place the lid on the bottle. Shake gently or roll the bottle between your hands to mix the oils.

Then use as a relaxing massage oil. Avoid the face and sensitive areas. This is also food for dry skin or as a cuticle cream.

  • 2 tablespoons fractionated coconut oil
  • 2 drops bay essential oil
  • 1 drop bergamot essential oil
Instructions

Add the fractionated coconut oil to the bottle.
Add essential oils.
Shake gently to combine.
