Use pre-cut leather shapes to make on trend jewelry

Basic jewelry supplies are available at every craft store, local bead store, and even Walmart. What you'll need for these are:

  • Leather Jewelry Shapes
  • Jump Rings
  • Head Pins
  • Beads / Charms
  • Jewelry Pliers

You can check out You Tube for basic jewelry steps like opening jump rings and wrapped loops:

How to Open and Close Jump Rings

How to Make a Wrapped Loop

Thread charms and beads as desired onto a head pin and close with a wrapped loop.

Attach your threaded eye pins to the leather shapes using jump rings. Finish with clips or ear wires, attached with jump rings.

Note: I don't have pierced ears so an additional step for me is making the clip pieces. Since pierced ears far outnumber clippies like me, I am not including that step but if you need it, please contact me!

Use the same process with different beads for a different but equally fun look!

Two new pairs of earrings ( including one pair perfect for Valentine's season) for less than the cost of one already made, and done to match your unique style!

I picked up my leather shapes and jump rings on sale at JoAnn so pricing reflects that.
