Are you tired of unpleasant odors lingering in your fabrics, or do you want to make your laundry extra soft, all while using natural ingredients?

You're in luck! In this step-by-step tutorial, I'll show you how to remove smells and soften fabric naturally using just two simple household ingredients: vinegar and baking soda.

Tools and materials:

  • Laundry detergent
  • ½ cup of vinegar
  • ¼ cup of baking soda
Loading washing machine

1. Load your washing machine

Begin by loading your washing machine with the clothes or fabrics you want to freshen up and soften.

Adding laundry detergent

2. Add laundry detergent

Pour your regular laundry detergent into the detergent compartment of your washing machine.

Use the amount recommended for the size of your load.

Adding vinegar

3. Add vinegar

Pour half a cup of vinegar directly into the washing machine along with your detergent.

Vinegar is excellent at neutralizing odors and acts as a natural fabric softener.

Baking soda

4. Sprinkle baking soda

Sprinkle ¼ cup of baking soda into the washing machine drum, right on top of your laundry.

Baking soda helps remove stubborn odors and leaves your fabrics feeling soft and fresh.

Once the washing and drying cycle is complete, remove your fabrics from the machine. You'll notice that they smell fresh and feel softer than ever!
