Mix Together Baking Soda, Dish Soap & Hydrogen Peroxide...
White sneakers are a classic look, but not when they are gray! Save your money – you don’t have to replace your sneakers.
Follow this simple recipe for a DIY fashion to return your sneakers to their original gleaming white color!
Tools and materials:
- Baking soda
- Dish detergent
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Small mixing bowl and mixing utensil
- Old toothbrush
- Towel
1. Make your sneaker-cleaner
Start by sprinkling some baking soda into a small glass bowl.
Add a generous squeeze of dishwashing liquid.
And a squeeze of hydrogen peroxide.
And mix that all together.
2. Clean your sneakers
Use an old toothbrush to scrub the cleaning mixture into your sneakers.
Clean the soles and the tops of your sneakers with this solution.
Note that this will also clean your laces, or you can just replace them with a new pair of laces.
Use a towel to dry off your sneakers.
Ta-da! Your sneakers look like new again!
