Ponytail Hack to Get More Volume
Follow along with this simple and genius hack to get more volume out of your classic ponytail. This ponytail hack is a gamechanger!
Tools and materials:
- Hair elastic
- Hair brush
1. Make a high ponytail
Start by collecting all of the hair into a high ponytail and wrapping the hair elastic around the base as you normally would, about 2 times.
Use your hairbrush to ensure that everything is smooth.
2. Split the ponytail
Split the tail into relatively equal sections, up and down.
3. Twist around the bottom section
Now, twist the hair elastic around just the bottom section of the ponytail.
3. Tighten and flip
Pull that bottom section to tighten and lift it.
Then just flip the top section back in place and you have a voluminous ponytail!
