I've been experiencing tons of hair loss recently! I’ve had hair falling out and also have a bald patch at the front of my head.

I have been using rosemary and rice water for hair growth and as a natural remedy for the situation. Let me show you how to make the mixture.

Tools and materials:

  • Rice
  • Rosemary oil
  • Bowl
  • Strainer
  • Bottle
  • Squeezy bottle

Soaking the rice

1. Soak the rice

Start with one cup of washed rice. You want to soak it in about three cups of water for 15 minutes.

2. Strain the rice

After 15 minutes, strain the rice so that you’re just left with the water.

Straining rice

3. Store the water

Store the water for 24 to 48 hours to allow it to ferment. When it’s fermented, it will smell really bad!

Making mixture

4. Make the mixture

To use it, you're going to add equal parts of your fermented rice water with some water and rosemary oil. Shake the mixture to combine.

Applying mixture to hair

5. Apply

You're going to apply it to shampooed hair - roots to ends. Leave it in for about 15 minutes, and do this twice a week.

These are my results after about a month of doing this. My hair has stopped falling, but my patch hasn't grown in yet. I’ll keep you posted as to what happens!
