Save Money and DIY This Beaded Look
Follow along with this super short tutorial to make this beaded crop top with me.
All you need are the few materials listed above to make this DIY statement piece. Let’s get started!
Best bead kit!
Tools and materials:
- Black crop top
- Pearls or beads
- Embroidery thread and needle
- Scissors
1. Pull the string through one spot on the top
Thread your embroidery needle. Then, pick a spot at random on the front of your crop top and pull the threaded needle through, from the inside outward.
2. Add beads
Next, string the beads or pearls onto the thread.
I’m switching off between round pearls and oblong pearls, but it’s up to you.
You can eyeball the amount for each strand and then tie a secure knot at the end so that it won’t come loose.
3. Repeat
Repeat these beaded strands all over the front of your crop top in random places. Use about the same number of beads per strand.
