1. Start with the basics
A simple black tube top and a flowing white maxi skirt is the basic look for this summer outfit.
2. Layer-up
Add on a wide-mesh shiny white poncho over your tube top.
3. Accessorize
Choose a dramatic pair of shiny pearl earrings. Bigger is better if you’re going for drama!
Add a medium-sized loop-knit handbag. Find a bag that’s not white, but in a color that complimentary to your outfit.
Find some blingy, gold sandals. Flats work great with a maxi skirt.
