Tools and materials:
- Spaghetti strap leotard
- Scissors
- Gold belt links
- Gold alligator hair clip
- Super glue
1. Cut the straps
Cut the straps of the leotard just from the back.
2. Attach a clip to a belt link
I thrifted these gold belt links from a 2nd hand store. Glue a gold alligator clip to the back of 1 of the belt links.
3. Thread the straps through the link and tie them in the back
Thread the spaghetti straps through the belt link that doesn’t have the clip.
Tie the straps securely behind your neck, creating an X halter top.
4. Cinch the fabric at the bust and add the clip
Evenly cinch the fabric at your bust.
Then clip the 2nd belt link to hold the cinching in place.
Accessorize with matching gold jewelry and a belt to finish off this unique fashion hack.
