Shopping more secondhand should be on everyone's to-do list in the New Year.

And I'm here to make that goal of yours easier.

Here are the best places to shop pre-loved online

Depop

Depop is hands-down my favorite place to shop. I can set the location of wherever I am or want to shop from and type in exactly what I'm looking for (e.g. strappy blue heels size uk 5) and I never come up without an overwhelming amount of choices.

Depop is full of small business who buy and sell used goods.

Check out Frock & Roll (where I got the pink sweater vest in photo 1) and Elle Richie Studios (where I got this gorgeous rhomper).

But Depop also has normal people just selling normal items, like this cute bucket hat.

Facebook Marketplace

My second favorite place to shop secondhand is Facebook Marketplace. I can set the radius for where I want to see posts from, which allows me shop locally.

I'm able to message the buyer and ask as many questions about the item as I need. I also meet the seller somewhere public to try on things before buying.

I got these stylish riding boots from Facebook Marketplace.

ThredUp

This is the go-to place for all clothes and accessories. Their inventory of secondhand items is MASSIVE. You'll find sizes ranging from XXS to 5XL.

Vestiaire Collective

This is the place to go if you're looking for secondhand luxury. All of the pieces are inspected before being sold, so you can feel confident in ever purchase.

There's a place for everyone and everything, so don't be afraid to explore the world of online secondhand shopping!
