One of my favorite things to do is match my little girl! People often ask me where I find matching outfits but the truth is I rarely buy us the EXACT same shirt in different sizes. I more so pick outfits that go together.

With Autumn in the air, I wanted to put together some plaid inspirations! I don't know about you but nothing screams early Fall to me then plaid.

The first outfits I put together was the navy and white plaid dress for her and a plaid shirt for me (paired with jeans and boots). The type of plaid in my shirt was very similar to her dress except that I had blue and purple. I tied the purple on her outfit with matching bows.

Outfit #2 was more about the shoes then the plaid. I am obsessed with my knee high navy boots (only $50 from amazon) and I am always trying to find a cute outfit to wear with them. I put little bean in a navy dress and the color was almost identical! For me, I went with a simple gray shirt dress and tied a navy/red sweater around my waist to stick to the plaid theme and stuck a red bow in her hair to tie it all together.

This last look was probably my favorite because there was a DIY element! I took an long blanket scarf and cut it in order to create a matching one for mini! Then rapped it over a cream shirt, jeans and camel boots.

These scarfs are really long some times so it wasn't to difficult to make two out of one!

I wanted mine to be larger so I folded it over at an angle.

Then just cut along one of the line!
