Quick and Easy Subtle Blue Eyeshadow Look for Mature Women

- Eyelash curler
- Tissue or cotton pads
- Makeup primer
- Eye primer
- Eyeshadow palette
- Blue eyeliner
- Navy mascara
- Lipstick
- Accessories
1. Prepare your face
Start with a clean and moisturized face.
Then, apply primer to your face to create a smooth base for makeup.
Use an eye primer specifically on your eyelids to enhance the longevity and vibrancy of your eyeshadow.
2. Choose your eyeshadow palette
Select an eyeshadow palette suitable for older faces, preferably with matte shades.
I prefer a cool blue palette, but if you are looking for a dramatic look you can opt for a brighter blue palette.
Use a powder blue eyeshadow as a base. Apply it all over your eyelids for a soft wash of color.
3. Define your eyes
Apply blue eyeliner along your upper lash line. For a softer look, blend the eyeliner into your lash line using an eyeliner brush.
Choose a deeper blue shade.
Use the same eyeliner brush to apply the deeper shade along your lash line and into the crease, creating a V shape at the outer corner for added dimension.
4. Enhance your lashes
Finish your eye makeup by applying navy mascara to your lashes for a coordinated look.
5. Complete your look
Consider adding accessories like blue earrings and a scarf to complement your makeup.
6. Don’t forget lipstick
Apply your favorite lipstick, such as a soft plum shade, to finish off the look.
