WOW! How to Hide Your Claw Clip for a More Elegant Updo
I’m so excited to show you how to do one of my favorite elegant updos.
This is a great hairstyle for a special occasion like a wedding, an event, or even a dinner party.
Let’s get started!

Tools and materials:
- Claw clip
- Hair tie
- Bobby pins
- Brush/comb
1. Clip and braid
Take the top front section of your hair and pull it back. Secure it in place with a claw clip.
Gather all your hair and separate it into 3 sections to braid. Tie the end of the braid with a hair tie.
2. Flip and tuck
Flip the braid upward, over the clip.
Open a section of the hair and tuck in the end of the braid.
Tuck it into the top of the clip or secure it with a bobby pin and conceal it with hair.
3. Tug and pin
Tug at the edges of the braid, pulling it over the clip.
Secure the hair in place over the clip with bobby pins.
Pull some delicate tendrils out to frame your face, and you’re all set.
