Fall Casual
Flannels, boots, jackets they are all part of the fall/winter wardrobe in the Midwest and it’s honestly my favorite time of year to dress for. One thing I love is the versatility of so many of the pieces. Flannels/shackets look great with jeans but also leggings.
Snagged this earth tone flannel from Maurice’s. It’s a longer length in the back so it’s legging friendly as well.

Paired with a plain white tee and some boyfriend jeans and boots it’s perfect a day on the go, even with a ballcap!
This outfit was a total Amazon fashion inspiration. I have been searching for a while for some affordable Spanx dupes that don’t cost a fortune. Several influencers I follow blogged these from Amazon so I decided for the price I would try them out. I was pleasantly surprised. I’m short, at 5’3 but the length isn’t way too long. I just tucked them a tad to paid with these high top shoes. The material is soft and the rise is good. I went with the size small as suggested and it was comfortable. They also are not

It was a little chilly this particular day so I tossed on an oversized denim
jacket but a matching flannel would have been cute too.
This tee was Amazon find and fits like men’s. I’m in a small and it’s plenty long.
