I love jewellery in bright summery shades and these colourful Tagua nut beads that are so eco friendly to work with. They are cut and dyed non edible palm nuts which are perfect for my new earrings creations! So unique too!

Dyed Tagua nut slices

I decide to select a pair that look similar shade of yellow and similar shape and size to be evenly matched.

I go for a nice bright yellow will be perfect for warm weather days.

Yellow nuts

I use round nosed pliers to thread and make headlines from the stainless steel pins. The nut had a pre drilled hole. I curl the wire pins one end around the pliers to make little loops that will thread the ear-hooks into.

Make a loop in wire

Then thread it through carefully and choose a jump ring to attach. This is easily opened and closed using the round nosed pliers.

Attach jump ring

Next step is to attach the sterling silver ear hook. With a few twists and pinching of the pliers onto jump ring it is secure tight. Repeat the process for the other earrings and next step is to wear these little sunshine drops out and about proudly!!
