Blue Floral Dress Under $25
I am sharing a blue floral dress that is under $25 and perfect as warmer days approach us.
This blue floral dress appears to be a wrap-around dress but it actually isn’t. It’s simply a ribbon that ties in the front. It is comfortable, true to size, and perfect for spring/summer. Not to mention, the smocked cuffs add an elegance touch. It is so easy to dress up or down.
To dress it up, I would choose my pink Sam Edelman’s for a pop of my favorite pink shade. However, for a casual look, I think my latest clear studded sandals look great with the dress. By the way, I wore those sandals to my latest beach trip and received so many compliments during the trip! I cannot wait for spring/summer season so I can style them with more outfits.

so feminine, I really like the look, and the material is so spring like. Nice job
