3 Ways to Style a Black Turtleneck Sweater
Do you remember when you were in elementary school and you fought with your mom because she wanted you to wear a turtleneck to school? I was one of those girls who thought it was the end of the world when I had to rock a turtleneck to school. Now all my winter sweaters are practically turtlenecks. I learned that if you roll the neck under instead of over (hiding the edge) then it gives you a cleaner look.

The most instant way to pull together a chic look is to keep the same colors and/or to wear monochromatic hues. This polishes up the rest of the look.

If you are going for a more casual look I would pair it with some straight leg or skinny jeans and tuck in the front. This tucked in gives you more shape when wearing this oversized sweater.
LOOK 3
Lastly, this look will help transition your winter wardrobe into spring. I wore a belt at my waist and tucked the sweater under the belt. Then I paired it with my favorite sneakers from Walmart. These bad boys are only $15 and are a great dupe for the Nike sneakers.
