How ONIONS and GINGER Can Help Your Receding Hair

Then use this DIY remedy using onions and ginger to help a receding hairline.

Tools and materials:
- Small glass bowl
- Paring knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring spoons
- Ginger
- Onion
- Rice water
- Blender
- Strainer
- Aloe vera gel
- Castor oil or rosemary oil
1. Cut an onion
Cut half an onion into 4 pieces.
2. Add ginger
Cut a 1” piece of fresh ginger into a few pieces and add to the onions.
3. Add rice water
Next, add 4 tablespoons of rice water over the onions and ginger. You can make your own rice water in advance as well.
4. Blend
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until well ground.
5. Strain
Use a strainer to separate the liquid from the pulp.
To extract the most DIY hair growth oil, use a spoon to push the last of the liquid through the strainer.
6. Add aloe vera gel
Next, add 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel to the liquid.
7. Add rosemary oil
Add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil to the mixture and mix well.
8. Apply
Use a syringe to apply your DIY hair growth oil, focusing it only on the scalp.
Massage the hair serum gently into your scalp.
Use this DIY hair growth serum twice a week before washing your hair, making sure to leave it on for 1 hour.
Then wash it off with a mild shampoo.
Be sure to pair this treatment with a healthy diet and a clean scalp for best results.
