Coconut is delicious to eat, and coconut oil is great to cook with. But, did you know that coconut oil and milk extract is also great for your hair?


Follow this quick and easy tutorial, and I’ll show you how to use coconut in your hair.

Tools and materials:

  • 1 Fresh coconut
  • Tools to grind the coconut
  • Coconut oil
  • Small bottle with lid
Making coconut milk

1. Make coconut milk

Start with a small fresh coconut and break into several pieces in a bowl.

Grind up the coconut meat to extract the coconut milk.

2. Make coconut hair tonic

Add coconut oil to the coconut milk, to get a creamy consistency.

Pour the coconut hair tonic into a bottle.

3. Apply coconut hair tonic

Pout some of the hair tonic on your hair at the roots.

Also, pour some coconut hair tonic down the length of your hair.

Gently massage the hair tonic into your hair.

Leave the hair tonic in your hair for one hour and then wash it out.
