First you need to soak your foot to soften up the skin. In a bucket add some warm water and salt.

Add a spoon of glycerin.

Add some shampoo or soap.

Soak your feet for about 15 minutes.

Once your skin is soft rub your heels with a pumice stone to remove dead skin.

In a small separate bowl add rose petals powder

Add some honey to the mix

Add a spoon of malai and mix everything together

Rub a heavy amount on your heel

Cover your heel

Wrap it tightly and several times like this and leave the wrap on for 15 minutes

Remove the wrap, wash off the mix and put on some lotion.

If you use a pumice stone make sure it’s wet before you use on anything.

You can also use COCONUT OIL - that's ALL you need. Rub coconut oil on your feet when you get out of the shower. All the nastiness will be gone on days without plastic wrap and multiple ingredients.
